My mistakes

today, i learned my lesson...
i made a mistake...
i had documented something that i am not done yet...

patient was stable...
i touched him...no warm skin, and he complaint of no fever...
i didn't took his temperature, but i wrote
the value in the chart...mesti la salah...

the lecturer said (not cik nik, this time pn zakirah)
that what makes the doctors do not trust to the nurse...
because of the attitude...

yeah, it was my mistake...
